Life can feel loud, fast, and overwhelming. Between school, friends, family, and figuring out who you are — it’s a lot.

These workshops are a space for you:  to breathe, to talk, to figure things out — without pressure, labels, or judgment.
We’ll give you real tools to feel more confident, calm, and in control — no matter what life throws your way.

This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken. It’s about giving you the tools to feel stronger, clearer, and more you — so you can handle the hard stuff and own your space in the world.

What You’ll Gain

This is not school. No one’s grading you. No one’s watching you perform. This is a safe space where you can:

Understand your emotions — without feeling weird about them.

Deal with stress, overthinking, or anxiety.

Feel more in control of your moods and reactions.

Theme: Social Media & Self-Talk

Why It Matters: What you see online isn’t real — and what you say to yourself matters. A lot.

Theme: Feelings, Stress & Anxiety

Why It Matters: Everyone has big emotions. Learn how to deal with them without feeling out of control.

Theme: Building a Strong Mindset

Why It Matters: Confidence isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning how to keep going when things get tough.

Why It Matters: Tools to help you feel grounded when your mind won’t stop spinning.

  • Mind Ninjas Workspace (Lower Kabete) – indoor sessions.
  • In the Forest – nature setting with fresh air and space.
  • Online – live sessions you can join from home.

KES 2,000 per session.
